Xpriori is a privately held company headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO USA. The Company was established in September 2003 to fulfill the vision of providing the infrastructure engine and unique solutions for the next generation of information management using the Company’s patented Digital Pattern Processing (DPP) technology.

DPP is the perfect match for persisting and managing XML. With our highly flexible XMS product – a truly native and fully transactional XML database – we enable developers to provide innovative solutions primarily in the business intelligence, related analytical tools and content management markets.

Relying on the structure of XML – no shredding or rows and columns-- XMS is a fully self-constructing database with special capacity to support unified information management systems and the development of tools for dynamic content and information management. XMS deploys in open systems computing environments, including Windows, Solaris and Linux.

Illustrating the broad capacity of XMS, we have developed two end user solutions that operate on XMS – Insight, a powerful discovery, exploration and analytical tool; and XCM, a robust decision support application featuring advanced content management, collaboration and knowledge base, supported with corporate search and OCR functionality.

The Company has ten patents issued and anticipates continues to apply for and receive more on a frequent basis. The Company is self-funded through its management team and non-institutional investors.

OUR HISTORY
In September 2003, Xpriori acquired all intellectual property and products of Neo Core Inc. including the proprietary DPP which was then supported by eight patents. With our partner in Japan, Mitsui & Co, we have more than 550 deployments of XMS worldwide.

We support businesses and their developers in deploying Information Technology that will enable the enterprise to work cohesively towards the same goals. i.e. using the same assumptions and facts.

OUR VIEW OF THE MARKET
For many years, enterprises have managed their information assets in a splintered environment where information is available in disconnected pieces for various applications; structured data is managed by database management systems; documents by document management systems; and other information by various means such as spreadsheets, custom programs and embedded databases. Establishing and changing these systems is disruptive and labor-intensive. Even “extreme programming” techniques have failed to fully deliver on the promise of increased efficiency because the development of back-end system components remains a time-consuming and burdensome task.

The vast growth of data and the necessity to access information of varying formats has created a need for rapid transformation and aggregation of data and digital assets. Only then, can the information be manipulated, discovered and analyzed to create information that is usable by knowledge workers. Due to the growth of data across multiple formats and from varying sources, this transformation is most often to XML format, which has become ubiquitous in the market. XML is at the core of modern content management and business intelligence tools that typically provide search for and delivery of both structured and/or un-structured data.

We know that the needs for solid business intelligence and content management are real and are getting more complicated and that the development of effective Business Intelligence from enterprise information requires unified and real-time views of enterprise information.
