Tim Dix, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO
Tim has been instrumental in starting several businesses as the legal and financial leader behind the efforts. He was previously Founder, Chairman and CEO of NeoCore, Inc., a high-tech start-up company based in Colorado Springs, and is founder and chairman Xpriori, LLC, which purchased the assets of NeoCore in 2003. As an entrepreneur, Dix participated in the founding of Woodland Park Cable Systems, Gold Point Development Corporation, Western Pacific Airlines, and Vista Bank. As a lawyer, Mr. Dix has practiced in the areas of business and corporate law, with emphasis on capital-formation, business transfers, corporate finance, securities, and tax and trade regulations for more than 25 years. He represents both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Until recently he was a partner in a large law firm in Denver. He now works full time for Xpriori, LLC. Chris Brandin, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist
Chris is the inventor of NeoCore technology and Digital Pattern Processing, and has served as CTO and CEO in the computer field for over 25 years. Mr. Brandin’s previous companies produced two million-plus selling products and provided large-scale computers to virtually every financial exchange in New York and Chicago, as well as other locations. He has also served as an expert in numerous high-profile patent litigation cases in the computer industry over the last 10 years. Mr. Brandin is considered an authority in content management and XML, having authored numerous magazine articles and contributed to books on the subjects. Mr. Brandin was identified as one of the “Architects of the Internet” by EE Times and is a recipient of Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine’s laurel in electronics.

John Hauber, Director of Sales
John is responsible for driving Xpriori’s revenue and leading the sales team in assisting Fortune 2000 corporations and leading law firms with knowledge management and electronic discovery projects. Hauber possesses more than 10 years of sales experience in the software, hardware and SaaS markets, with a proven track record of building teams and exceeding revenue goals. Prior to joining Xpriori, Hauber spent 11 years building and selling profitable companies. Hauber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University. Randel Castleberry, Director of Marketing
Randel leads Xpriori’s eDiscovery marketing and hosted solutions deployment. He has over 25 years experience in IT integration, software development, product definition, technical communications and marketing. In 1986 he co-founded Origin Communications, a full-service advertising and public relations firm marketing technology companies worldwide. Randel also founded an IT services and VoIP telephone company and other service-based technology start-ups. Randel held applications, marketing and engineering positions at TRW LSI Products and Honeywell Signal Processing Technologies and earned his B.A. in mathematics & physics from Whitman College and a B.S. in engineering & applied science from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
